The Pompano Beach CRA has added LMG to a world class team of development professionals in pursuit of a redevelopment of its pier and waterfront.  LMG is providing parking demand estimates, garage design parameters, development concepts and conceptual financial guidelines.  LMG will be evaluating proposals from developers in an advocacy role for the CRA and suggesting operating structures for the ultimate parking operation.
