The City of West Palm Beach has retained LMG to conduct a market study and demand analysis of the Banyan Street Garage to reposition it in the market after City Hall was relocated four blocks away, eliminating most daytime use.  The garage currently serves a critical function for the Clematis Street entertainment area and is key to the redevelopment of the waterfront and former City Hall site.  LMG will determine its capacity to support new demand and suggest strategies to position it as a valuable component in the CRA efforts.
