LMG is assisting the West Palm Beach CRA in analyzing massing potential and development alternatives for the former site of City Hall, ultimately constructing a model to predict tax increment revenue to the CRA for multiple development scenarios.  The model will be used to evaluate developer submittals as the CRA and City select a proposal for a key site in the redevelopment of the northeast/waterfront urban core.
